In June 2017 TripAdvisor hosted it's annual Global Volunteer Month, in which almost 30 offices worldwide were participating in projects throughout the month, engaging over 1000 employees.

The global theme of this year’s event was: Building Welcoming and Inclusive Communities Around the Globe, partnering with charities that serve mainly refugee and immigrant children and families.
