School ID Photos
Children’s portraits are provided to the school free of charge for use as ID photos on the school database.
Free Staff Photos
Teaching staff and teaching assistants can be photographed during the same portrait session as the pupils, providing professional headshots for the school's internal communications, website and marketing materials.

TIME
We take the time to make children feel comfortable, capturing natural poses and expressions.
LIGHTING
Professional lighting, specialist equipment and years of experience combine to create natural, flattering portraits.
BACKDROP
We capture children in their own familiar surroundings, like the classroom or library. If that isn’t possible, we create a backdrop to reflect their learning environment.
If a more traditional studio backdrop is appropriate then we can supply this also.
OUR PROCESS
1. School Visit
We visit the school on a pre-arranged date and photograph the children in a relaxed and efficient setup designed to minimise disruption to the school day.
We are happy to take photos in a classroom or library setting. Or we can bring studio backdrops with us and photograph in a sports hall/ communal space if required.
2. Ordering
Parents/carers receive an email with a secure link to view their child’s photos online. Printed proofs are also sent home with the children.
Photos are securely stored and protected within the GotPhoto platform. From there they can download digital JPEG files and order prints (framed if required).
3. Print Delivery
Orders can be delivered directly to parents’ homes or sent to the school for distribution, whichever is preferred.

Our photographers are DBS checked to ensure a safe environment for your children
