Hi

I’m Daniel, Director of Pacote Ltd. I’ve spent the past 25 years working as a professional photographer, creating portraits and capturing meaningful moments working within the world of classical music, for charities, businesses, and organisations of all kinds.

You can explore more of my work here:
https://www.pacote.co/portfolio

Photography will typically be carried out by me. However, when additional photographers are needed, I will lead the team, all of whom are DBS approved and trained to follow the protocol I have established.

TESTIMONIAL

“I worked with Daniel for many years at Boots Plc. In addition to being really friendly and always flexible, Daniel is good at actually listening to what you're asking for, which in my opinion is a rarity in the business... he has a real creative talent.”

Julie Nathanson MSc, Boots International.

Vision

As a parent, I found myself underwhelmed by the school photos my son brought home each year. Speaking with other parents, I realised many felt the same, especially when it came to the balance between quality and price. I felt there was room for a more thoughtful approach to school photography, creating portraits that are better lit, more naturally posed, and ultimately images that parents and carers genuinely want to keep.

We understand that photographing children takes time and care. Our approach is designed to help them feel relaxed and comfortable, so we can capture natural, genuine expressions in an environment they know.

We also believe in supporting the schools and nurseries we work with, which is why we return a share of our profits to help fund resources and activities.

OUR PROCESS

1. Visit
We visit the school or nursery on a pre-arranged date and photograph the children in a relaxed and efficient setup designed to minimise disruption to the school day.

We are happy to take photos in the classroom, library, nursery setting, and can bring printed backdrops with us and photograph in a sports hall/communal area if required.

2. Ordering
Parents/carers receive an email with a secure link to view their child’s photos online. Photos are protected on the GotPhoto platform. From there they can download digital JPEG files and order prints or frames.

Printed proofs are also sent home with the children.

3. Print Delivery
Orders can be delivered directly to parents’ homes or sent to the nursery for distribution, whichever is preferred.
